CHOCOLATE & ORANGE CAKE …..

chocolate 250g, butter 250g, 3 eggs, muscovado sugar 125g, golden caster sugar 125g, self-raising flour 60g, cocoa powder 2 tbsp, juice of 2 oranges ….

Oven 180 degrees, loaf tin or square tin 22cm … Line & butter

Melt chocolate & butter together, separate the eggs, whisk the whites & add yokes to chocolate mixture with orange juice & mix carefully, add flour & cocoa powder & egg whites. Off to the oven for 40 / 45 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin. When cold cut into squares. Be careful … It is so gooooooeeeee x
